Delete your Solo Circle account

You can ask us to delete your Solo Circle account and data at any time, even if you have uninstalled the app.

In the app: open the menu, tap Deactivate Account, then choose Request permanent deletion.

Without the app: fill in the form below with the email or phone number you signed up with, so we can find your account.

What happens: we delete your account within 30 days. We remove your name, email, phone number, username, profile photo, push notification registration and your private feeling check-ins. Your posts and comments may remain, but they show as "Deleted User" and are no longer linked to you.

What we keep: purchase records held by Apple, Google and our payment provider, as the law requires.
